Once the design is confirmed, we will meticulously select the highest quality natural crystals, handcrafted for you by Master Lin herself.
- 4. Completion & Delivery
After completion, we provide a video for confirmation and arrange secure delivery to your hands.

- Customization requires intuitive design and varies by complexity, typically taking four to five weeks. We will notify you upon shipment if completed earlier.

- Elastic Cord Replacement：Recommended every 6-12 months or when adjustment is needed for safety. We use high-quality imported Japanese elastic cord.
- Metal Accessory Replacement：Replace metal accessories paired with destined bracelets, necklaces, charms, and other jewelry.
- Size Adjustment：Wrist size not professional? We can adjust it for you.
- Crystal Replacement：If a crystal is accidentally damaged, we can perform crystal upgrades or provide a quote for replacement beads based on the crystal grade and your budget.
