Return Policy

Please Read Carefully Before Returning

Thank you for shopping at Linlin Crystal. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. To protect your rights and maintain product quality, please carefully read the following return and refund policy before placing an order.

1. Return Conditions

  1. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product (including the day of receipt).
  2. The product must remain in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unmodified, or undamaged.
  3. The product must include all original packaging, labels, tags, and complete accessories.
  4. Customized products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period return service unless due to defects or inconsistency with the order content; personal hygiene items (such as earrings) are also not accepted for return or exchange.
  5. Returns will not be accepted if the product has any scratches, stains, missing parts, or human damage.

2. Return Instructions for Customized Products (Destined Styles, Exclusive Designs)

  1. Customized products are made according to individual consumer needs, size, chart energy, etc. According to Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the "Regulations upon Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind Communicational Transactions", the 7-day appreciation period unconditional return provision of Article 19 of the "Consumer Protection Act" does not apply.
  2. After the product is completed, our shop will provide a finished product video or photo for consumer confirmation. Shipping will only occur after consumer confirmation. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after confirmation unless there are defects or production errors.
  3. Our shop still provides return/exchange services in the following situations:
    • Production content does not match the order (e.g., obvious error in size or style)
    • Product damaged during shipping or has obvious defects
    • Other reasonable return situations agreed upon by both parties
  4. Consumers must submit a return/exchange application within 7 days of receiving the product, providing the order number and photo explanation. After confirmation, our shop will assist with the exchange or refund.
  5. Returns are not accepted for reasons other than those listed above (e.g., personal feeling unsuitability, color difference, different energy perception, etc.).

3. Return Terms for Non-Customized Products (Peripheral Products)

  1. For general products of our shop (such as Palo Santo powder, purification water, etc.), consumers enjoy the right of a 7-day appreciation period according to Article 19 of the "Consumer Protection Act".
  2. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed in the following situations:
    • Product has been opened, used, seal broken, or packaging damaged by human
    • Product has been exposed to air or used affecting secondary sales (e.g., purification water, sachets, etc.)
    • Other situations where returns are explicitly prohibited due to the nature of the product (e.g., trial packs, gifts)
  3. If due to product defect or shipping error, our shop will be responsible for replacement or refund and bear the round-trip shipping cost.
  4. The 7-day appreciation period is only for inspecting the product, not a trial period. The product must remain new and packaging intact to be eligible for return.

4. Return Process

  1. Please contact us via email or customer service system within 7 days of receiving the product, providing the order number, reason for return, and product photos.
  2. The customer service team will review and reply to the return application within 3 working days.
  3. If the return application is approved, please package the product properly and send it back to the designated address via registered mail or courier.
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product itself is defective or shipped in error.

5. Refund Policy

  1. We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned product and confirming it meets the return conditions.
  2. The refund amount will deduct the original order shipping fee (if any) and potential handling fees from third-party payments.
  3. The refund will be returned to the original payment account, and an email notification will be sent after the refund is completed.

6. Exchange Policy

  1. If you need to exchange a product, please apply for a return first according to the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
  2. Exchange products must meet return conditions to be accepted.

7. Special Notes

  1. Natural crystal mineral deficiencies, ice cracks, textures, and color differences are natural phenomena and not defects.
  2. Due to differences in screen display settings, product colors may have slight color differences; please refer to the actual product.
  3. Confirmation videos are taken for customized products before shipping; confirmation is deemed as agreement to production quality and design content.
  4. All products are manually inspected before shipping. If there are any issues, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt.
  5. Our shop reserves the right to finally modify, change, explain, and suspend this policy. If there are any unfinished matters, relevant laws or announcements shall prevail.
